INSTA: International Show and Tell Annual Media Festival is a juried exhibition committed to exploring the communicative modes of Showing and Telling in Art. Time based media is prevalent in all cultures, whether it be performance, video, or sound art. Art presents new ways to perceive the world, telling of an experience that has happened or showing a new experience all together.
The deadline to submit is March 8st, 2013. Submit your work to instamediafest@gmail.com. Include application form and links to online documentation. All work must be under 10 minutes and must function within the modality of show and tell. There is no application fee. The exhibition is held during the first week of April in Knoxville, Tennessee, as well as online at http://instamediafest.org.
